3 steps gets you from your car to the covered porch with seating. Entering your chalet the great room immediately offers a wood-burning fireplace with comfortable seating for evening relaxation. The kitchen overlooks the great room and the large dining table. Intelligently designed house offers oversized glass sliding doors seemingly bringing the surrounding forest inside for you to enjoy. The 3 level chalet offers a full bath on each level, full laundry for your convenience, and 2 separate living and gathering areas.
Relax in the main level living area offering a vaulted ceiling. Chat and share memories with each other while listening to the crackling fireplace and the solitude of the surrounding forest. Downstairs the walk-out basement offers a Bumper Pool table, card table & chairs, and a large flat-screen TV mounted over the gas fireplace. Just out the back door you can soak the bones in the hot bubbly Jacuzzi nestled in total privacy!
The main level offers a bedroom with Queen bed & TV while upstairs are found 2 more oversized bedrooms: One bedroom offers a bunk bed and an extra twin while the other room offers a full and two twins. The lower level offers a Queen bedroom and a 5th bedroom is appointed with a Queen and a private, quiet work desk. Additionally there is an air mattress available for guest overflow as needed. Abundance of board games can be found along with plenty of books to peruse. We are thankful that we are able to offer high speed wireless internet in such a rural location - you can find it here! The wrap around deck is sure to host many evenings of family memories!

The house is roomy and well appointed – 5 bedrooms on three floors means everyone can get a quiet night’s sleep. Multiple TV’s, wifi, a huge stack of board games, books, an arcade game, and karaoke machine means nobody gets bored if the weather is bad. The hot tub is brand new and just a few steps from the door. I loved the quiet view of the woods and almost complete privacy. The owner is a lovely host who leaves some snacks for you in case you get in late and just need to sit down and have a moment. The kitchen had everything I would need to cook for a week. The fireplace made the main floor really cozy on a late spring snowy day. It is close enough for some takeout options, and a short drive to the lake and trails when you want to get out. I would definitely go back.

Was the perfect weekend getaway. Close to skiiing and things we needed, but felt incredibly private and like we were nestled inside our own winter wonderland. Kitchen fully stocked and game room with fire place in the basement kept the kids happy, giving the adults time to relax too.

Nice setting; beautiful house; very clean. Any thing you need is there except dishwasher tabs and extra garbage bags. Bring them if you stay more than two days.

We had a wonderful stay. The kids had a blast with all of the toys and the hot tub and game table were a hit with the adults. Loved the country feel but it was a very short trip to make a run to the store.
